It’s a great concept—being able to enjoy top-quality wines by the glass. The staff member who served us is a sommelier and was able to give us expert advice.
The curated food menu featuring local products fits perfectly with the concept. If you’re in Bordeaux, a visit here is highly recommended.
Le Sobre is fine as a wine bar. The food menu is very limited. We were served two different pates that we served in their cans - no plates, no napkins, no forks - only two knives to cut the unheated pates still in their cans. A very unpleasant experience in spite of the nice wines. EB
Première fois et vraiment pas déçu du tout, nous nous retrouvions pour un afterwork et nous avons énormément apprécié le lieu, la carte et le service. Bref, Sobre est désormais dans notre liste de lieu !
