The wine and food were both fantastic. The manager was extremely knowledgeable about wine and was very helpful.
My main complaint - no low tables or comfortable chairs.
We love Sobre. It’s a lovely neighbourhood pop in place when you don’t really know what you want but then you find it there! Specially the meat and cheese platter 😊.
It’s a great concept—being able to enjoy top-quality wines by the glass. The staff member who served us is a sommelier and was able to give us expert advice.
The curated food menu featuring local products fits perfectly with the concept. If you’re in Bordeaux, a visit here is highly recommended.
